Distribution partnerships.

Affinity, embedded, OEM white-label, and retailer schemes. Capacity deployed through non-direct channels.

Diagnosis.

Capacity without distribution is stranded. Distribution without capacity is a broker. The specialty houses that last are the ones that write both - and the European market has, for a decade, been unusually tolerant of the split.

Distribution is not a product category. It is a channel architecture through which the rest of the portfolio reaches customers. This page describes how, not what.

Operational detail of specialty distribution.

What we do not write.

Affiliate-marketing leads. A partner who pays for traffic and expects a capacity partner to pay for the lead is not a distribution partner; they are a lead-generation vendor. Different contract, different economics, different book.

Comparison-site placement. The house does not write product that aggregates on a price-comparison site. The rating basis does not fit the channel; the customer-acquisition cost wrecks the loss ratio.

Paid-performance distribution. We do not build programmes priced against a partner's cost-per-acquisition target. The loss ratio is the price, not the margin left after marketing.
