Bespoke capacity.

For peer MGAs, specialty brokers, and intermediaries writing books that deserve capacity shaped to them, not to a treaty template.

Diagnosis.

Specialty MGAs need capacity that understands their book. The standard quota-share treaty template works when the portfolio is conventional and the retrocession chain is orderly. For specialty books - emerging lines, niche high-value, EV, luxury, smart-home - the template produces terms that neither side respects after year two.

The house writes bespoke capacity because the alternative is either a treaty that does not fit or no treaty at all.

Capacity shaped to the book, not the book reshaped to the treaty.

The coiled interior of a mechanical system. The structural logic of bespoke capacity.

What we do not write.

Standard catastrophe reinsurance. Property per-risk, property per-event, Nat Cat aggregate. A separate discipline with separate modelling; we do not compete with the reinsurers who do this properly.

Pure financial-risk structures. Trade credit, political risk, contingency. Categories adjacent to insurance but with their own paper and their own legal framework.

Treaty renewals on distressed books where the diagnosis is unresolved. We do not provide capacity to paper over a loss ratio the ceding party has not diagnosed.
