We come with questions, not a deck.

A first conversation is sixty minutes. An indicative programme structure arrives within three working days of a clear brief. Implementation begins eight to ten weeks thereafter.

How a conversation opens.

A first call is sixty minutes, with whichever desk fits the question.

We will want to understand the shape of your portfolio: the category, the distribution channel, the reporting cadence you inherited from your current provider, and the one piece of the programme you would change if you could. We will tell you what is writable, what is adjacent, and what we decline.

We will not arrive with a deck. Our diligence material is on request; it is not handed out.

Three working days.

From a clear brief, an indicative programme structure - product scope, capacity route, bordereau cadence, claims infrastructure - arrives within three working days.

The structure is indicative because the pricing is not. Pricing requires the prior-fact set: loss history, exposure units, duration. That arrives in the diligence phase, typically week four to six.

Implementation, from signed term sheet to first live bordereau, is eight to ten weeks. Sometimes faster. Rarely slower; when it is slower, the reason is partner-side, not house-side.

Three desks.

What a first email should include.

  • Who you are, in one paragraph. Role, organisation, the category you cover.
  • The programme shape. One-line diagnosis of what is written today and what is not working.
  • Volume and geography. Indicative, not exact.
  • Your preferred reply channel. Email, scheduled call, or introduction through a shared broker.

A first email longer than half a page reads as a pitch. Half a page is enough.
