Home & dwelling protection.

The fabric of the home as a warranty category. Home appliance breakdown, emergency response, landlord portfolios, smart-home cover.

Diagnosis.

A home is not a product. It is a portfolio of products, housed in a structure, consumed over decades. Extended warranty on a single appliance underwrites an item; home-dwelling protection underwrites the relationship between a resident and the fabric they depend on.

The category is high-frequency, low-severity, and long-tenor. It requires infrastructure - a claim path that works at ten on a Sunday night, not at nine on Monday morning.

High frequency. Low severity. Long tenor.

Titanium structural detail, a curving form against pure black.

What we do not write.

Full buildings insurance. The fabric cover, the subsidence risk, the major-peril exposure - written by general-household specialists, not by us.

Contents-only cover. A separate rating basis and a separate claims path. Written as a retail product by retail insurers; we do not compete at that end of the market.

Subsidence. A catastrophic, latent risk with actuarial visibility that is materially different from appliance-breakdown. Written by household specialists whose reserving discipline is shaped for it.
